New Mexico Legal Aid provides many different services for income-qualified individuals and households, and they are putting on a "Legal Fair" in Taos to introduce their organization, which can assist with legal matters including:
- Power of Attorney
- Wills/Probate
- Landlord/Tenant
- Creditor/Debtor
They will also be joined by NMLA Disaster Legal Services, whose services provided include:
- HPCC FEMA Claims/Appeals/Arbitration
- Claim Disputes
- Document replacement
- Insurance Scams
Members, if necessary, please call the main TENT number to request a ride to this event. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, talk with volunteer attorneys, and connect with local resources...hope you can attend!
