As we continue to live with Covid 19, we are pleased to present a ZOOM talk on the latest information about

the virus, the available vaccines and those in the pipeline.

 

Dr Jessie Groothuis is a retired Board Certified Pediatrician and an expert in neonatology and infectious disease, 

who was Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Medical Director and VP

at Abvie and AstraZenica in Pharmaceutical and Research Development. During that time she was instrumental

in developing a monoclonal antibody that prevents Respiratory Syncytial Virus in vulnerable newborns and children.

Accordingly she is extremely knowledgeable in virology, immunology and vaccine development.
